Don't take our word for it.
Every quote on this page is a real Google review from a real patient — reproduced word for word, and attributed exactly as it was signed.
In their own words.
Some are recent first visits; one reviewer has been coming for more than ten years.

What the reviews keep saying.
Read all of them and the same few things surface, year after year.
Nerves, taken seriously. The most repeated story is someone who dreaded the dentist and was surprised by how calm the visit felt. Dr Sawaya is named again and again for slowing down and going at the patient's pace — it's the thing we'd most want to be known for, and apparently we are.
Thoroughness. “Thorough” is the word patients reach for more than any other — about examinations, about cleans, and about the way treatment is explained before it starts.
There when it hurts. Several reviewers mention being fitted in at short notice when something broke or ached. We keep emergency appointments open every day for exactly that reason.
They stay. More than one reviewer has been a patient for over a decade. Loyalty like that isn't won in a single visit, and we don't take it lightly.
The whole team, not just the dentists. Patients mention the people at the front desk and our nurse Rachael by name, warmly and often. That matters to us — the appointment starts at the door, not in the chair.
“We'll always tell you when treatment isn't needed.”
