A long-term answer to a missing tooth.

A dental implant replaces a missing tooth for the long term — restoring the way you bite, speak and smile. We plan implants around your whole mouth, starting with an honest assessment of whether one is right for you.

01 / The consult sheet

Assessment first, always.

No off-the-shelf implants — a plan built around your mouth, with every option on the table.

Step 01

Assess

Implants aren't sold off the shelf. We start with a careful examination — the space the missing tooth has left, the teeth and gums around it, and your mouth as a whole — followed by a frank discussion about whether an implant genuinely suits you. If it doesn't, you'll hear that from us plainly, along with what we'd suggest instead.

Step 02

Plan honestly

An implant is one of three ways to replace a missing tooth. Before you decide anything, we compare the honest case for each — an implant, a fixed bridge or a partial denture — in plain English, with a written quote before treatment begins. No pressure, no surprises partway through.

Step 03

Treat & restore

If an implant is the right choice, we walk you through the journey in person — what each stage involves and how long it takes for your mouth, confirmed at your consultation. The aim is a replacement tooth that restores your bite, your speech and your smile, and the confidence that comes with them.

02 / Good to know

The questions patients ask us first.

The honest answer is that no one can tell you without looking. Candidacy depends on your mouth as a whole — the gap, the teeth and gums around it, and your general dental health — which is exactly what the assessment is for. If an implant isn't the right choice for you, we'll say so and explain what we'd recommend instead.

Each has an honest case. An implant replaces the tooth without involving its neighbours; a fixed bridge anchors to the teeth either side of the gap; a partial denture is often the quickest and most affordable path to a whole smile. Which is right varies mouth to mouth — we'll compare all three with you plainly, with the costs of each in writing, before you decide.

Implants suit a wide range of patients and ages — from teeth lost to sports injuries through to tooth loss from gum disease later in life. Age alone rarely decides it; what matters is the health of your mouth, which is what the assessment looks at properly.

We won't quote a timeline before we've seen your mouth, because it genuinely varies from patient to patient. What we will do is map out each stage and its timeframe at your consultation — in person, in plain English — so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins.

A missing tooth affects more than looks — it can change the way you bite and speak, and how freely you smile. An implant is a long-term replacement designed to restore all three, and with them, your confidence. What it can do for your mouth specifically is exactly what the assessment will tell you.

Every mouth is different, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices. You'll receive a quote in writing before treatment begins — alongside quotes for any alternatives worth considering — and we'll always talk cost before we treat.

“We'll always tell you when treatment isn't needed.”
